Accommodating the dietary twists associated with food allergies, including soy, gluten and casein (dairy) proteins, meant relearning how to bake and create meals.  Rich creamy cheese is a hard thing to avoid, so Kerry set out to make herself a cheese alternative that was delicious, quick to make, and didn’t go bad after opening.  She honed her recipe for Beyond Better® cheese sauce mixes as a convenient way to satisfy her cravings for creamy dishes, maintain an allergen-free diet, and even a vegan diet.

  1. just found your products but we are using a low to no sugar diet can you answer what the sugar content is in the sunflower and also the original cashew

    1. Hi Pat! Our products contain no added sugar of any kind. The sugar content per serving [1/4 cup powder = 3/4 cup prepared sauce] in any of the products is 2 grams. In the organic cashew products, it comes from the cashews themselves, and in the Sunflower, it mostly comes from the organic carrot juice powder. People on low sugar diets or The Whole30 diet use our products.
